Peace, Love & Peonies: A Farm Day Retreat

Seabeck, Washington

Join us for a soul-nourishing day immersed in flowers, movement, and connection at our peony farm in picturesque Seabeck, WA.

Your day begins with a guided walk through the peony fields led by farm owner Heather. The farm is home to approximately 600 peony plants, with bloom season peaking around Memorial Day Weekend. Bring your questions and your camera— it will be an ephemeral day .

Next, we’ll gather on the Meditation Lawn for a gentle Kundalini Yoga session led by Kristin Edie. This all-levels class is especially welcoming for beginners and focuses on mindful movement, breath, and grounding energy. The session will conclude with a sound bath, using a practitioner crystal bowl and symphonic 36” Paiste Gong, and guided meditation.

After yoga, enjoy a bring-your-own picnic lunch al fresco on the brick patio. During lunch, Heather will demonstrate two different peony arrangement styles, offering mechanical guidance, design tips and floral inspiration.

You’ll then head back to the field to select and pick your own flowers and create a bespoke peony arrangement to take home. The afternoon is filled with creativity, laughter, and the simple joy of working with beautiful blooms.

We’ll conclude with a group photo, warm goodbyes to new friends, and a handheld bouquet of five peonies in the “marshmallow” stage—perfect for opening slowly and beautifully at home.

What’s Included:
• Guided peony field walk
• Gentle Kundalini Yoga session with sound bath and guided meditation
• Floral design demonstration during bring-your-own picnic lunch
• Flower picking & hands-on arranging
• One arranged bouquet + five additional peonies (in bud stage) to take home

What to Bring:
• Picnic lunch & beverages
• Comfortable clothing for yoga and walking
• Camera, curiosity, and joy

All levels welcome. Space is limited to 14 people.
